Run Analysis

This section details the various analyses PMED will run to determine if a pavement design is valid.

To Perform an Analysis on a Single Project

After you defined the project parameters, click the “Run” icon. PMED will perform the analysis and generate reports.

Note:
If a project is missing data or contains invalid data, PMED will generate an error message. Refer to the Error List for more information.

Note:
Due to the large memory requirements of PMED projects, the application does not allow more than 10 projects to be open at any given time. Further, if more than 1 project is desired to be run, the user is encouraged to use the Batch Run option to prevent application instability.

To Perform a Batch Run

  1. Navigate to Batch in the Navigation Menu.

  1. Click “Create Batch” and resolve the prompt.

  2. Click the “+” icon and add designs below. Click on “Finished Adding Designs” once done.

  3. Press the play button.

  4. After the analysis is complete, navigate to the Designs page. Click on the Completed Designs tab, the batch analysis should be specifically marked.
